İletişim Formu KVKK Aydınlatma Metni

Bu metin, 6698 sayılı Kişisel Verilerin Korunması Kanunu'nun ("KVKK") 10. maddesi uyarınca, www.solqar.com adresindeki iletişim formu aracılığıyla paylaştığınız kişisel verilerin nasıl işlendiğini açıklar.

İşlenen veriler

Formu kullandığınızda yazdığınız ad soyad ve e-posta adresi; isteğe bağlı olarak firma adı, telefon numarası, ilgilendiğiniz ürün, miktar ve teslimat yeri; talep metniniz. Kötüye kullanımı önlemek için IP adresiniz, bir saat boyunca yalnızca geri döndürülemez biçimde şifrelenmiş (hash) olarak tutulur.

İşleme amaçları

  • Ürün, tedarik ve iş birliği talebinizi değerlendirmek ve size yanıt vermek,
  • Talep etmeniz halinde size fiyat teklifi hazırlamak,
  • Formun spam ve kötüye kullanıma karşı korunması.

Toplama yöntemi ve hukuki sebep

Verileriniz, web sitemizdeki form aracılığıyla elektronik ortamda ve doğrudan sizden toplanır. Talebinizin değerlendirilmesi ve teklif hazırlanması, KVKK madde 5/2(c) kapsamında bir sözleşmenin kurulmasıyla doğrudan ilgili olması nedeniyle; formun kötüye kullanıma karşı korunması ise madde 5/2(f) kapsamında meşru menfaatimiz için işlenir.

Aktarım

Form bilgileriniz bir veritabanına kaydedilmez; e-posta olarak info@solqar.com adresine iletilir. Web sitemizin ve e-posta hizmetimizin barındırma hizmeti Hostinger tarafından sağlanmaktadır. Hizmet sağlayıcının sunucularının yurt dışında bulunması halinde aktarım, KVKK madde 9'da öngörülen güvencelere uygun olarak yapılır. Verileriniz pazarlama amacıyla üçüncü kişilerle paylaşılmaz. İletişim bölümündeki Google Haritalar haritası yüklendiğinde IP adresiniz ve tarayıcı bilgileriniz, sunucuları yurt dışında bulunabilen Google LLC'ye iletilir (ayrıntılar aşağıda, Çerezler bölümünde).

Saklama süresi

Talebinize ilişkin yazışmalar, talebin sonuçlanmasından itibaren en fazla iki yıl saklanır ve bu sürenin sonunda silinir. Talebiniz bir sözleşmeye dönüşürse, ilgili kayıtlar yasal saklama süreleri boyunca tutulur.

Çerezler

Web sitemiz kendisi çerez, analiz aracı veya reklam takibi kullanmaz. Yazı tipleri, görseller ve videolar kendi sunucumuzdan yüklenir.

İletişim bölümünde çiftliğimizin konumunu göstermek için Google Haritalar haritası yer alır. Harita, sayfanın o bölümüne geldiğinizde Google LLC sunucularından yüklenir; bu sırada IP adresiniz ve tarayıcı bilgileriniz Google'a iletilir ve Google kendi çerezlerini kullanabilir. Bu işleme Google'ın kendi politikaları uygulanır: Google Gizlilik Politikası. Haritayı yüklemek istemiyorsanız iletişim bölümüne inmeden de bize info@solqar.com adresinden ulaşabilirsiniz.

Haklarınız

KVKK'nın 11. maddesi uyarınca kişisel verilerinizin işlenip işlenmediğini öğrenme, işlenmişse bilgi talep etme, işleme amacını ve amacına uygun kullanılıp kullanılmadığını öğrenme, aktarıldığı üçüncü kişileri bilme, eksik veya yanlış işlenmişse düzeltilmesini, silinmesini veya yok edilmesini isteme, bu işlemlerin aktarılan üçüncü kişilere bildirilmesini isteme, otomatik sistemlerle analiz sonucu aleyhinize bir sonuç çıkmasına itiraz etme ve kanuna aykırı işleme nedeniyle zarara uğramanız halinde zararın giderilmesini talep etme haklarına sahipsiniz.

Başvurularınızı info@solqar.com adresine iletebilirsiniz. Başvurunuz en geç 30 gün içinde ücretsiz olarak sonuçlandırılır.

Contact Form Privacy Notice

This notice explains how we process the personal data you send through the contact form at www.solqar.com, under Türkiye's Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK).

Data we process

The name and email address you enter; optionally your company, phone number, product interest, quantity and delivery location; and the text of your inquiry. To prevent abuse, your IP address is kept for one hour, only as an irreversible hash.

Purposes

  • To review and answer your product, supply or partnership inquiry,
  • To prepare a quotation if you ask for one,
  • To protect the form against spam and abuse.

Collection and legal basis

We collect the data electronically and directly from you through the form. Answering your inquiry and preparing a quotation relate directly to entering into a contract (KVKK Article 5/2(c)). Protecting the form against abuse is based on our legitimate interest (Article 5/2(f)).

Transfers

Form submissions are not stored in a database. They are delivered as an email to info@solqar.com. Our website and email are hosted by Hostinger. If the provider's servers are located outside Türkiye, the transfer is made with the safeguards required by KVKK Article 9. We do not share your data with third parties for marketing. When the Google Maps map in the contact section loads, your IP address and browser details are sent to Google LLC, whose servers may be outside Türkiye (see Cookies below).

Retention

We keep correspondence about your inquiry for up to two years after it is closed, then delete it. If your inquiry leads to a contract, the related records are kept for the legally required periods.

Cookies

This website itself does not use cookies, analytics or advertising tracking. Fonts, images and videos are served from our own server.

The contact section includes a Google Maps map showing where the farm is. The map loads from Google LLC's servers when you reach that part of the page; your IP address and browser details are then sent to Google, and Google may use its own cookies. Google's own policies apply to that processing: Google Privacy Policy. If you prefer not to load the map, you can still reach us at info@solqar.com without scrolling to the contact section.

Your rights

Under KVKK Article 11 you may ask whether your data is processed, request information about it, learn the purpose of processing, know the third parties it is transferred to, ask for correction, deletion or destruction, ask that these actions are notified to those third parties, object to an outcome against you from solely automated analysis, and claim compensation for damage caused by unlawful processing.
